Our mobile bar was custom-built with every client’s needs in mind, designed to make your event seamless and unforgettable.

Insured & Professional: We carry both general and liquor liability insurance, providing peace of mind for you and your venue. Certificates of insurance are available for venues that require them.

Off-Grid Ready: Our fully functional mobile bar runs independently, with off-grid power, water, and refrigeration. No matter the location, we bring the full bar experience. Perfect for remote ranches or beach events.

Jockey Box Keg Tap System: We offer a on-site keg cooling and tap system for up to 4 kegs, perfect for serving draft beer, fresh made sodas and seltzers or pre-batched cocktails at any event.

  • The White Sands Bar is a refined, white mobile bar with a Koa Wood bar top designed to complement even the most thoughtfully styled wedding. Its clean, neutral finish photographs beautifully, blending seamlessly with coastal, tropical, modern, and classic wedding aesthetics.

Your guests deserve cocktails as unique as they are. With every package, the client completes a simple taste profile, and our mixologist creates custom drink options tailored to the event. From flavor to presentation, every cocktail is a personal, memorable, and delicious experience. We coordinate with your planner or venue as needed.

To comply with Hawaii liquor laws, alcohol is provided by the client. We supply everything else and guide you through exactly what to purchase.

  • The Perfect Pair package includes two (2) personalized, handcrafted drinks—each can be a cocktail or a mocktail.

    Service includes 2-hour early setup, 4 hours of service by one professional bartender (per 60 guests), off-grid White Sands mobile bar rental with full setup and takedown, custom printed menu, and all primary bar equipment.

    We provide non-alcoholic cocktail and mocktail components: ice, fresh-squeezed juices, house-made syrups, garnishes, plastic cups, beverage napkins, straws, and a hydration station with both pure and infused water.

    Our packages also includes your choice of three additional mixers not used in your cocktail recipes (brand-name sodas, premium soda water, or tonic) we can use to prepare simple “you-call-it’ drinks based on the available ingredients (e.g., vodka soda, whiskey and Coke).

    We also provide guidance on the quantity, types, and recommended vendors for clients to purchase alcohol separately, as Hawaii liquor laws prohibit mobile bartenders from providing alcohol.

  • Our standard service is 4 hours, with setup starting 3 hours prior to service. Additional hours can be added based on your guest count, and we provide staffing recommendations to ensure smooth service throughout the event.

  • Yes. Our mobile bar is off-grid ready, with independent power, refrigeration, and water. We can service beaches, ranches, and other remote locations (with 4WD access if needed) anywhere on the Big Island.

  • Yes. Cocktails by Kirk carries general liability and liquor liability insurance. Certificates of insurance can be provided, and venues can be named as additionally insured upon request.

  • Absolutely. We work closely with planners and venue teams to align setup times, bar placement, service windows, and breakdown so the bar integrates seamlessly into the event timeline.

  • We arrive a minimum of three hours prior to service for setup. Our bar is fully self-contained and does not require power or water access.

  • Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permits for their event. We provide guidance and recommendations when needed.

  • We staff according to guest count to ensure efficient service and minimal wait times. Backup equipment is on-site, and all bartenders are professional, trained, and experienced in event service.
