Insured & Professional: We carry both general and liquor liability insurance, providing peace of mind for you and your venue. Certificates of insurance are available for venues that require them.
Off-Grid Ready: Our fully functional mobile bar runs independently, with off-grid power, water, and refrigeration. No matter the location, we bring the full bar experience. Perfect for remote ranches or beach events.
Jockey Box Keg Tap System: We offer a on-site keg cooling and tap system for up to 4 kegs, perfect for serving draft beer, fresh made sodas and seltzers or pre-batched cocktails at any event.

The White Sands Bar is a refined, white mobile bar with a Koa Wood bar top designed to complement even the most thoughtfully styled wedding. Its clean, neutral finish photographs beautifully, blending seamlessly with coastal, tropical, modern, and classic wedding aesthetics.

Your guests deserve cocktails as unique as they are. With every package, the client completes a simple taste profile, and our mixologist creates custom drink options tailored to the event. From flavor to presentation, every cocktail is a personal, memorable, and delicious experience.

$900 for 2 cocktails/mocktails plus a service fee of $15 per person ($300 minimum)

The Perfect Pair package includes two personalized and handcrafted cocktails or mocktails.
Service includes 2-hour early setup, 4 hours of service by one professional bartender (per 60 guests), off-grid White Sands mobile bar rental with full setup and takedown, custom printed menu, and all primary bar equipment.
We provide non-alcoholic cocktail and mocktail components: ice, fresh-squeezed juices, house-made syrups, garnishes, plastic cups, beverage napkins, straws, and a hydration station with both pure and infused water.
Our packages also includes your choice of three additional mixers not used in your cocktail recipes (brand-name sodas, premium soda water, or tonic) we can use to prepare simple “you-call-it’ drinks based on the available ingredients (e.g., vodka soda, whiskey and Coke).
We also provide guidance on the quantity, types, and recommended vendors for clients to purchase alcohol separately, as Hawaii liquor laws prohibit mobile bartenders from providing alcohol.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. We legally cannot provide alcohol under liquor licensing laws. With your booking, we provide everything else you need for your bartending service plus a liquor/spirits shopping list to guide you.

We are based on the Big Island of Hawaii in Mountain View. Our pricing includes travel in a 60 mile radius. Additional miles are priced at $3/mile. We have 4WD capabilities to reach locations without paved roads. An additional fee will apply to off-road locations.

We have general liability and liquor liability insurance. We can provide copies of policies to your venue upon request.

It is the client's responsibility to secure any permits required for the venue of your event. Generally, if your event is held on private property you will not need to secure any permits. Check out Hawaii's Division of State Parks website for information on beach and state park permit options.

We require a 50% deposit upon signing our booking contract. The remaining 50% balance is due two weeks prior to the event. We accept cash or credit card payments via our online invoices with Square.
50% of the total cost will be refunded if canceled more than 30 days before the event, unless your event moves to a date you have booked with us. No refunds will be issued if canceled within 29 days of the event.
